ZELIX MEMBRANe.KINETICS - Invitation to customer day of Möstl Anlagenbau GmbH

Pantreon has been in cooperation with Möstl Anlagenbau GmbH in Passail since summer 2022. On the basis of this license partnership, we have also consistently optimized the design and function of the ZELIX MEMBRANe.KINETICS system for the requirements of the food or chemical/pharmaceutical industry.

The Möstl company has recently significantly expanded its production technology and capacity and invites you to visit these new, impressive capacities as part of a customer day.

A new ZELIX MEMBRANe.KINETICS system, which is currently being prepared for the exhibition, will also be presented on this occasion. (see pictures)

We are excited to inform you that Pantreon GmbH will present our new system ZELIX MEMBRANe.KINETICS at our booth at the upcoming ACHEMA 2022 convention. Hall 11.1, Booth G15

ZELIX MEMBRANe.KINETICS is an innovative membrane system which delivers high, sustainable performance even on viscous media.
Industrial substances and fluids have colloid-disperse characteristics where the electric charge at the interfaces is important. This can be supported by electro-kinetic means.

The globally established electrokinetics from INNOVUM is licensed by Pantreon and can be integrated directly into the ZELIX filter canister.

With the combination of membrane filtration and electrokinetics, we have developed a highly performance-enhancing process for industrial applications, which creates a new standard for membrane technology.

Test ZELIX! - Filtration of Wine Lees

Test for membrane filtration of wine lees at the HBLA Klosterneuburg for viticulture and fruit growing - research center of the Austrian Ministry of Agriculture.

With the ZELIX test system, the wine lees, which had previously been pre-filtered to the maximum extent with hollow fiber modules, was further concentrated as feed. The result was a clear permeate with a classic red wine color and increasingly concentrated permeate in the feed tank.

With the highly innovative ZELIX filter system, the wine lees could be further concentrated twice.
